Shipping and Delivery

Whether you wish to pick-up your merchandise from our warehouse and transport it yourself or have us delivery it for you, JK Furniture takes great pride and care in the handling of your new merchandise.

In-Store Pick-up

Our warehouse is open for customer pick-ups Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The warehouse is closed on Sundays.
During in-store pick-up, we will:
  • Verify your order to ensure you are getting the merchandise you purchased
  • Inspect your merchandise to ensure it is free of any damage or defects from the factory
  • Load and secure your merchandise in your vehicle
  • Have you sign-off on your merchandise ensuring that you have picked-up the correct merchandise

Home Delivery

JK Furniture takes great pride in our shipping and delivery services.  For a nominal fee, we will happily arrange the delivery of your new furniture with the utmost care and caution as we transport it from our warehouse to your home.  Our delivery fee includes one-year free transportation for any warranty work required on your purchase.

Prior to your delivery we will:
  • Call you the evening before delivery to remind you.
  • We provide you with a 3-hour delivery time window.
  • We verify the address and the furniture to be delivered.
  • We load your furniture into our delivery trucks first thing in the morning.
  • We tie and pad your furniture to ensure safety during transportation.
  • We carefully review your order to ensure we have all items purchased
On the day of your delivery we will:
  • Call you at the number you provide 30 minutes prior to your delivery to let you know we’re on our way.
  • Our drivers will use the latest GPS technology to ensure we arrive at the correct address on time.
  • We’ll use proper padding and floor covering to ensure a safe and clean entry into your home.
  • By request, our drivers and delivery crew will wear protective coverings (booties) to ensure they don’t track any dirt into your home.
  • We’ll delivery and setup the furniture as needed, placing it exactly where you want.
  • Any pre-assembly required is done the day before at our warehouse.
  • We’ll dust and clean glass as needed.
  • While we’re very careful not to leave a mess, but if we do we’ll clean it up!
  • Any packing materials such as cardboard boxes, tape, and foam are hauled away.
  • We’ll review your order one last time and get your signature ensuring you’ve received all the merchandise you’ve purchased.
